• PTFE corrugated compensator and corrugated hose are often used in gas and liquid conveying pipelines of various corrosive media to solve the cold and heat expansion compensation of the pipeline and offset the installation deviation. It also improves the fan and pump through its flexible connection. Mechanical damage caused by mechanical vibration between the inlet and outlet and between the pipes.
  

  
  

  Ordinary type: PTFE corrugated compensator with pure PTFE (type I) or PTFE and synthetic rubber base (type II), and enhanced with high strength spring steel.
  

  
  

  Stainless steel composite: PTFE corrugated compensator with PTFE and corrugated stainless steel jacket.

  
  

  Stainless steel mesh composite type: PTFE corrugated compensator with PTFE and corrugated stainless steel mesh sleeve.

  
  

  Negative pressure-resistant type: The above-mentioned A and B PTFE corrugated compensators are further equipped with a PTFE outer ring to prevent the negative pressure from being sucked.

  A) When there is no special requirement for the connecting flange, it is based on the standard of HG/T20592 PN1.0MPa.

  B) PTFE thickness, service temperature and applicable medium are the same as the pipe, see appendix.

  C) When a large diameter compensator (DN>30mm) is used, it is recommended to use a negative pressure resistant type.

  D) The wave number is generally 3 waves. If you need to increase (extended) or non-standard products, you can customize it.
