product manual
The diaphragm valve is a special type of valve with a cut-off function. The opening and closing member is composed of a steel disc and a diaphragm made of soft material (composite rubber and fluoroplastic), and the valve body cavity and the bonnet cavity. Separate, when the hand wheel is manipulated clockwise, the valve stem moves down, and the valve flap then drives the diaphragm to lower and the passage is cut off. Otherwise, the valve is opened.
Fluoroplastic lining diaphragm valve series
1. The composite diaphragm separates the inner cavity of the valve body from the inner cavity of the valve cover and forms a DC channel with it, so that the inner part of the valve stem and the valve flap at the upper part of the diaphragm are completely isolated from the medium, and the purity of the medium is also ensured. The internal leakage and leakage of the medium can be avoided at the same time;
2. FEP (Teflon) fluoroplastic and synthetic rubber composite diaphragm and valve with (Teflon) fluoroplastic lining layer can be used for various corrosive media except "melting alkali metal, elemental fluorine" .
3. As a diaphragm of the actuator, due to frequent opening and closing, it is prone to fatigue fracture, and the test conditions, medium and characteristics are regularly replaced.
4. For the anti-corrosion performance and recommended temperature of fluoroplastics, see “Fluorine lining performance table for valves and piping accessories”
